A long-term client of the law office Tasic & Partners and one of the world leaders in food production, Indonesian company “Indoadriatic Industry d.o.o.” has opened its first plant for the production of “Indomie” instant noodles in Indjija.

Through a comprehensive legal support, our legal team has been involved in all aspects of the client’s business actvitives, all the way to the opening of the modern facilities in Indjija, which confirmed the fact that Serbia is a right place for investing, thanks to its excellent geographical position, qualified work force, favorable tax policy and a wide array of other governmental incentives.
The investment in the plant in Indjija, is worth more than EUR 11 million. In the first phase, 100 workers will be employed, and, once the investment is fully implemented, the plan is to reach 500 employees.
Indonesian Ambassador to Serbia Harry Richard James Kandou, Mr. Anthoni Salim, president of the Indonesian food company Indofood and Indjija Mayor Vladimir Gak, attended the opening ceremony. Ambassador Kandou pointed out that the Indoadriatic Industry noodle plant in Indjija is a testimony of Indonesia’s initiative for strengthening both economic and business relations with Serbia. The inauguration of a mushroom plantation owned by “Delta Danube”, a subsidiary of the Bawazir Group, also a long-term client of T&P, in Kovin is another indication of the importance of bilateral economic relations.
The opening ceremony was also attended by Marija Tasic, partner and Vanja Stojanovic and Marko Damnjanovic, junior partners at T&P.
