Vanja Stojanović-Cvetanovski
Senior Partner
Vanja Stojanović-Cvetanovski is a senior partner at T&P. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade where she is currently preparing a Master’s Thesis in corporate law. She is a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Bar Association.
Vanja is an expert in the areas of corporate law, M&A, status change, business and corporate reorganization and restructuring, joint ventures, foreign start-up investments, in the IT industry, capital markets and financial securities.
In her extensive portfolio, Vanja has implemented capital markets projects, and ensured compliance and alignment for investment companies and organizational divisions of credit institutions, with the Capital Market Law in both 2012 and 2022. Additionally, her portfolio includes legal consultancy in numerous legal and loan restructuring projects for the companies within SALIM and TASALI group.
IFLR 1000 recognized Vanja as a Rising Star Partner in the area of Project Development in 2023.
She is fluent in Serbian and English and conversant in French.
