Marija Tasić, PhD is the founder and managing partner at T&P. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Niš. She combined her expertise with legal theory in her master’s thesis titled “Foreign Direct Investments in the Republic of Serbia: Legal Aspects of Acquiring a Joint-Stock Company” and her doctoral dissertation titled “Legal Protection of Minority Shareholders in the Acquisition Process of Joint-Stock Companies.”

Before establishing the law office T&P, she worked in the judiciary and later as the director of a broker-dealer company, advising numerous clients and joint-stock companies in the areas of corporate law and capital markets.

In addition to her legal background, Marija is an expert in the fields of energy (Renewable Energy, ESG), public-private partnerships, and corporate law. She has represented numerous companies in public-private partnership proceedings, as well as the public sector, energy companies, ESCO companies, and various investors in the energy sector.

Marija has published several professional articles and papers and has participated in numerous conferences on public-private partnerships, energy, and women’s entrepreneurship.

The renowned global guide for ranking law firms, IFLR 1000, has recognized Marija as a prominent lawyer in the field of Project Development in the Energy Sector for four consecutive years.

Marija is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and the Serbian Bar Association, the Supervisory Board of the Belgian-Serbian Business Association, and the Advisory Board of the Female Net Association. Since 2020, she has been registered in the Lobbyist Register.

She is fluent in Serbian, English, and conversant in Italian.
