Marija Tasic is the founding and managing partner of T&P. She holds an LL.M. and PhD from the University of Novi Sad (doctoral thesis “Legal protection of minority shareholders in the process of acquisition of Joint-Stock companies”), and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nis. She is a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Bar Association, with 26 years of experience in Serbian corporate and commercial law. Prior to establishing a law firm, she worked as a General manager in Broker-dealer company where she advised numerous clients and joint stock companies on corporate and capital market issues. Marija is an expert for PPP, commercial law and capital market.

Upon the enactment of Law of PPP and concessions, she started to provide legal services and advises to public and private partners in this regard. She represented several companies during the procedure of public procurement in compliance with domestic and EU regulations. She advised numerous domestic companies during privatization and restructuring process, as well as domestic and foreign clients participating and acquiring state-owned companies.

She has published several articles and papers, and participated in several conferences in JPP and energy field as invited speaker.

She is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Belgian-Serbian Business Association, member of the Advisory Board of Female Net, member of Discipline Commission of Belgrade Stock Exchange and regularly participate activities of SAM, CCIS and CCS.

She has also been registered with the Register of Lobbyists since 2020.

She is fluent in Serbian and English, and conversant in Italian.
