Law Office Tasic & Partners, recognized as a leader in the field of public-private partnerships (PPP), was invited to participate at the International Conference on Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency RENEXPO® Western Balkans, held on April 22-23, 2015.
Marija Tasić, partner at Tasic & Partners, held a presentation at the Open Forum dedicated to PPP, on Legal Issues of PPP Tendering Procedures and presented to the attendees numerous solutions from practice and court proceedings conducted in this area.
Tasic & Partners, whether representing public or private partners, has so far participated in three projects that have received approval from the Commission for PPP, Utility services provision of urban and suburban passenger transportation on the territory of the city of Niš, The replacement of fuel oil and coal-fired boilers with wood biomass boilers with the delivery of thermal energy in school and preschool institutions of the city of Niš and The replacement and modernization of public lighting in the municipality of Sečanj, while another 5 projects are being finalized.
