Large company investing in Indjija

IndoAdriatic Industry, a part of the global IndoFood chain, acquired land in Indjija, November 2013

Company IndoAdriatic Industry doo Belgrade has concluded Agreement on Sale of Public Construction Land with the Construction Department of Municipality of Indjija, thus acquiring 5 ha of land in the industrial zone, which shall be used for the realization of investment project – construction of factory for production of famous IndoMie noodles.

The signing ceremony was attended by HE, Semuel Samson, Indonesian Ambassador in Serbia, Mr. Goran Jesic, Provincial Secretary for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Mr. Faisal Abud Bawazir, owner of the company “Bawazir Group” and Mr. Antonius Trisna Wanda, representative of the company “Salim Group”, on behalf of the investor, attorney at law, Marija Tasic, as the legal representative of “IndoAdriatic Industry” doo, as well as Mr. Petar Filipovic, the Mayor of Indjija and Mr. Uros Curuvija, the director of the Construction Department of Municipality of Indjija.

After months of negotiations that preceded conclusion of the Agreement, attorneys at law, Marija Tasic and Marko Damnjanovic have coordinated preparation of documentation necessary for participation in the public tender for acquiring public construction land and prepared the Agreement on Sale of Public Construction Land.
