Attorney Vanja Stojanović-Cvetanovski, capital market expert, held a presentation to broker-dealer companies and representatives of authorized banks regarding the process of alignment with the provisions of the Law on Capital Market (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 129/2021), that will start to apply from January 5th, 2023. The new, more comprehensive text of the Law has been harmonized with the EU regulations governing markets in financial instruments (MiFid II), which should attract foreign investors and increase turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
Tasić & Partners did the harmonization of the operations and acts with the provisions of the new Law and by-laws for 11 broker-dealer companies and three authorized banks in Serbia.
