As of 1 July 2026, the revised amounts of the Serbian Republic Administrative Fees come into effect in accordance with the Law on Republic Administrative Fees. This represents the regular annual adjustment of administrative fees based on the annual consumer price index, aimed at aligning fee amounts with inflation.
The amendments affect a wide range of administrative procedures before state authorities, including the filing of applications, the issuance of decisions, certificates and confirmations, as well as other administrative services relevant to both individuals and businesses.
The standard administrative fee will amount to RSD 430, while certain fees prescribed for specific administrative procedures concerning businesses reach several tens of thousands of dinars, with the highest prescribed fee exceeding RSD 1 million. One of the highest fees under the revised tariff has been set at RSD 1,137,250.
Some of the most significant revised fees include:
- Application fee – RSD 430;
- Fee for an administrative decision – RSD 740;
- Fee for a certificate or confirmation – RSD 430;
- Fee for an appeal against a Tax Administration decision issued in an administrative procedure – RSD 2,640;
- Fee for an application for a tax residency certificate – RSD 2,340 for individuals and RSD 6,410 for legal entities.
The revised fee schedule will have a direct impact on the costs of numerous administrative procedures. For example, as of 1 July:
- An application for the issuance of a tax certificate is subject to a total fee of RSD 860 (RSD 430 application fee + RSD 430 certificate fee);
- An application for the deferral of outstanding tax liabilities is subject to a total fee of RSD 1,170 (RSD 430 application fee + RSD 740 decision fee).
Although this is part of the regular annual adjustment, the revised fees are of practical importance for individuals and businesses submitting applications to ministries, the Tax Administration and other state authorities from 1 July 2026, as payment of the applicable administrative fee is one of the prerequisites for the proper conduct of administrative proceedings.
