The Serbian Business Registers Agency (BRA) has announced that, as of 15 May 2026, access to applications available through the BRA eServices portal will be possible exclusively via a user account created through the eID.gov.rs portal. Logging in through the existing BRA SSO account will no longer be available.
Users were able to access BRA electronic services through an BRA SSO account, i.e. an account created directly within the BRA system. Access was granted by entering the registered email address and password associated with the BRA account, without the obligation to log in through the eID.gov.rs portal.
Key changes:
- As of 15 May, users will first be required to log in through the eID.gov.rs portal. Following successful authentication, users will be automatically redirected to the BRA system, where they will be able to select the relevant BRA eService and initiate the submission of an electronic registration application.
- Users who already possess an eID account are required to log in via the “Login through eID.gov.rs Portal” option and subsequently link their existing BRA account with their eID account by selecting the “Link Existing Account” option. In order to complete the linking process, users must enter the email address and password associated with their existing BRA account and confirm the linking request.
- Users who do not possess an eID account must first create one through the eID.gov.rs portal by selecting the “Register” option. Upon successful authentication through the eID system, the user will be redirected to the BRA portal, where they may select the “Create New Account” option, review the imported data, and finalize the account creation process by clicking “Save”.
- Authentication through the eID system may be completed using one of the following methods: username and password, qualified electronic certificate, or the ConsentID mobile application.
