Public Call for the Award of Non-Repayable Funds – Support to the Economy through a Subsidized Loan Program
The Development Agency of Serbia has announced a Public Call for the award of non-repayable funds under the Subsidized Loan Program for the purchase of equipment and working capital, aimed at supporting investments, liquidity, and fostering accelerated economic development in the Republic of Serbia.
The Program is implemented under a combined financing model – allocated funds are intended for the subsidization of interest rates on loans for:
- Purchase of new production equipment;
- Working capital.
Entities Eligible to Apply:
- Legal entities registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) as companies or cooperatives, classified as micro, small, or medium-sized entities in accordance with the Law on Accounting (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 73/19 and 44/21 – other law), based on their 2024 financial statements; and
- Entrepreneurs registered with the APR.
The total amount of non-repayable funds available is RSD 190 million. The Public Call remains open until the available funds are exhausted, and no later than 30 April 2026.
Key features of the Program:
- Purpose of funds: purchase of new equipment and/or working capital;
- Combination of a loan and a non-repayable subsidy;
- Clearly defined eligibility criteria for costs;
- Prohibition on disposal or encumbrance of acquired equipment during the contractual period;
- Collateral instruments required;
- No restriction on profit distribution of the business entity until full loan repayment;
- Early loan repayment permitted in accordance with the loan agreement concluded with the bank;
- Obligation of earmarked use of funds and reporting.
