Support to the Domestic Economy – New Public Calls by the Ministry of Economy for Subsidized Loans.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia (RAS) and Poštanska štedionica Bank a.d. Belgrade, has announced new public calls under the Program of Subsidized Loans for the procurement of equipment and working capital.
Key features of the program include:
- Total loan facility: RSD 1,000,000,000
- Total amount of non-repayable funds (grants): RSD 190,000,000
- Types of loans: loans for the purchase of new production equipment and loans for permanent working capital
- Loan amount: up to RSD 15 million
- Borrower’s participation: minimum 30%
- Fixed interest rate: 5.60% (for equipment) and 6.20% (for working capital), with the Ministry subsidizing the majority of the interest rate
- Repayment period: up to 60 months, including a 6-month grace period
- Option for early repayment without additional costs
Applications for grants are submitted simultaneously with the loan application at the branches of Poštanska štedionica Bank, accompanied by the prescribed documentation.
The public calls remain open until the available funds are exhausted, and no later than 30 April 2026.
At the same time, the Ministry of Economy has announced temporary suspension of the Women Entrepreneurship Support Program for 2025, aimed at providing financial and advisory assistance to women entrepreneurs, due to the large number of applications and the exhaustion of available grant funds.
