The Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR) has adopted a new Decision on Fees for Registration Services and Other Services, which will enter into force on 1 January 2026.
This Decision regulates in detail the types, amounts, and methods of payment of fees for registration procedures, financial statement processing, issuance of documents, access to databases, as well as the provision of other services within the registers administered by the APR.
Key novelties introduced by the Decision:
- Registration of incorporation
The new fee for the incorporation of a company, public enterprise, cooperative, association, foundation, endowment, sports association, chamber, branch or representative office of a foreign entity, healthcare institution, and cultural institution will amount to 8,000 RSD.
The new fee for the registration of media outlets, travel agencies, bankruptcy estates and bidders, as well as for issuing or renewing a license for a travel agency, will amount to 4,000 RSD.
The new fee for the incorporation of an entrepreneur will amount to 2,500 RSD.
- Registration of other data and deletion
The new fees for the registration of changes will be:
- Change of legal form – 8,000 RSD
- Status change – 8,000 RSD per legal entity participating in the status change
- Reservation, transfer, or renewal of a business name reservation – 2,000 RSD
- Deletion of a subject – 4,000 RSD or 2,000 RSD
- Registration of ownership or co-ownership of a share – an additional 500 RSD per member or co-owner
- Amendments and/or supplements to registered data
The fee for registering amendments and/or supplements to already registered data will be 3,000 RSD, plus an additional 300 RSD for registering a larger number of subjects or items.
- Publication and removal of documents
The fee for publishing a document in accordance with the law will be 1,000 RSD per document, which is also the fee for the removal of a published document.
- Issuance of copies, excerpts, and certificates
The fee for issuing copies, excerpts, and certificates for entrepreneurs will range from 700 to 1,500 RSD, while fees for companies and other entities will depend on the type of document requested, specifically:
- For a registrar’s decision copy or excerpt – 1,500 to 2,500 RSD
- For a certificate that an entity is not registered, not recorded, or that the register does not contain the requested data – 1,000 to 1,500 RSD
- For an excerpt from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners – 2,500 RSD
- For a certificate from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners – 1,500 RSD per beneficial owner
A late filing fee of 3,130 RSD applies to untimely submitted applications.
