Vanja Stojanović-Cvetanovski is a partner at T&P. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade where she is currently preparing a Master’s Thesis in corporate law. She is a member of the Belgrade and Serbian Bar Association.

Vanja is an expert in the areas of corporate law, M&A, status change, business and corporate reorganization and restructuring, joint ventures, foreign start-up investments, as well as in the IT industry, food production, pharmaceutical manufactuing and infrastructure projects.

She is fluent in Serbian and English and conversant in French.
